Our coolers are crafted from rotationally-molded linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), ensuring even wall thickness for optimal durability. This material is designed to withstand the toughest conditions while maintaining a lightweight structure.

Superior Thermal Properties

All hard-sided coolers are pressure-injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam for maximum cooling efficiency. This insulation is not only highly effective but also eco-friendly, with no global warming potential, ozone depletion potential, and is free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Dependable Lid Sealing

Our coolers are reliable when it comes to keeping your items cold. Equipped with a durable rubber gasket beneath the lid, our coolers seal tightly even in hot temperatures, trapping cold air inside to extend the life of your ice. This feature ensures that everything you need for your adventures stays colder, fresher, and longer. Note that the dry goods tray is sold separately.

Bear-Resistant Certification

Grizzly Coolers are IGBC (Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee) certified bear-resistant, making them suitable for your outdoor adventures in areas with grizzly bear populations. Each cooler comes with two lock holes, allowing you to secure your cooler and keep your contents safe.
