Coolers Made from Rotomolded LLDPE Plastic

Our coolers are crafted from rotationally-molded linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is chosen for its exceptional durability and uniform wall thickness, ensuring that your cooler maintains its shape and integrity over time.

Superior Thermal Properties

All of our hard-sided coolers are pressure-injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam. This foam insulation provides optimal cooling without the environmental drawbacks. Ecomate is certified to have no global warming potential, no ozone depletion potential, and is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Sealed Lid with Rubber Gasket

Our lids seal securely with a rubber gasket, trapping cold air and extending the longevity of your ice. This feature ensures that your perishables stay cold for longer, making your cooler ideal for extended outdoor activities. Please note that the dry goods tray is sold separately.

Bear-Resistant Design

All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC (Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee) Certified Bear-Resistant. They feature two lock holes to enhance your cooler's security, providing peace of mind knowing that your contents are safe.
